1. Sponsor
The Pick Six Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Gleb Alikhver, a candidate for First Year Class President at the University of Georgia School of Law (the "Sponsor"), reachable by text at 404-933-7966. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the University of Georgia, the University of Georgia School of Law, the Student Bar Association, GroupMe, or Chick-fil-A, Inc. Chick-fil-A is not a participant in or sponsor of this Giveaway, and its name is used only to identify the prize.
2. No purchase necessary
No purchase, payment, or vote is necessary to enter or win. A purchase, payment, or vote will not increase your chances of winning. Entering does not require you to vote for any candidate, and how you vote has no effect on the drawing.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to first-year students (Class of 2029) at the University of Georgia School of Law who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sponsor and members of the Sponsor's immediate family or household are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Entry period
The Giveaway begins at 6:00 am Eastern Time on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 and ends at 4:00 pm Eastern Time on Friday, September 18, 2026, when voting closes (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.
5. How to enter
There are two ways to enter. Both give you the same chance of winning.
- Share and text. Build your Pick Six card at votegleb.com, post it in your section's GroupMe, and text a screenshot of the post to 404-933-7966 during the Entry Period.
- Text only, no sharing required. Text the words PICK SIX to 404-933-7966 during the Entry Period.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Additional entries from the same person will not be counted. Your text must come from a phone number where you can be reached, and the Sponsor may ask you to confirm your name and section to verify eligibility. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that do not follow these rules are void. Standard message and data rates may apply.
6. Prizes
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) $10 Chick-fil-A gift card. Approximate retail value of each prize: $10. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $50. Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms and conditions. Any taxes on a prize are the winner's responsibility.
7. Winner selection and notification
Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about Saturday, September 19, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by text message at the number they entered from within 48 hours of the drawing. A winner who does not respond within three (3) days of notification, or who is found to be ineligible, forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be drawn. Prizes will be delivered in person at the law school or, at the winner's option, electronically.
8. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. The Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, enters more than once, or acts in violation of these rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered text messages, or for any technical problems that prevent an entry from being received. If the Giveaway cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify it and, if it is cancelled, will award the prizes at random from eligible entries received before the cancellation. The Sponsor will follow all Student Bar Association election rules, and the cost of the prizes is counted toward the campaign spending limit.
9. Privacy
Phone numbers, names, sections, and screenshots submitted for the Giveaway will be used only to administer the Giveaway and contact winners. They will not be shared with anyone else, added to any list, or used for any other purpose, and they will be deleted within thirty (30) days after the drawing.
10. Winners list
To request the first names and sections of the winners, text WINNERS to 404-933-7966 between September 20 and October 1, 2026.
11. Governing law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
