That's me in the middle, with my team, the Assistant Dean of the School of Medicine, and the Director of Technology at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government. I led this team. We built the entire admissions data infrastructure for UGA's brand-new School of Medicine, the system it used to admit its very first class.
My family immigrated to the United States when I was a kid. Like most of you, I'm the first person in my family to go to law school. When the first reading assignment landed before classes even started, we had nobody at home to ask if that was normal. Nobody handed us a map for this. What we did have, at every step, were people who explained things they didn't have to. None of us got here alone. I don't think any of us gets through the next three years alone either.
We came here with no money and no English. We started from absolutely nothing: construction work under safety practices that were plainly illegal, and cleaning toilets for $15 a house. I learned the value of every hour and every dollar. That is exactly why I intend to save yours.
I did undergrad and grad school here at Georgia: a B.B.A. in Finance from the Morehead Honors College and an M.S. in Business Analytics, summa cum laude. Along the way I co-founded a company that builds complex AI systems for clients, and I led the team that built the admissions data infrastructure for UGA's new School of Medicine. I have built for this university before. I know how its systems work, and I know how to get things done inside them.
I'm at Georgia Law because I want to be an international disputes lawyer, working in commercial and investor-state arbitration.

Before law school, I co-founded a company that builds complex AI systems for clients.
